  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or operational issues.

1.4 Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in INR and may be inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateway partners.
  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.

1.5 Food Quality & Allergens

  • We ensure hygienic preparation and safe packaging of food.

2. Shipping / Delivery Policy

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

3.1 Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled by the customer as food is prepared fresh.

3.2 Cancellation by Restaurant

  • Item unavailability
  • Restaurant closure
  • Incorrect pricing or technical issues
  • Unserviceable delivery location

3.3 Refund Policy

  • Order cancelled by the restaurant
  • Payment deducted but order not confirmed
  • Wrong item delivered or food not delivered

3.4 Refund Process

Eligible refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
